STEVE HAZLETT, Owner
Greeley,CO

Hazlett  has been an outdoors-man for 40 years and a professional guide for more than 25. He is an expert in several outdoor activities including fly fishing, big game, upland bird and waterfowl hunting.

Hazlett has been hunting since he was 10 years old, when his father taught him the ropes. His first bird he harvested was a Canada Goose and he has been pursuing them ever since. He began his guiding career during his eight years playing professional baseball in the minor leagues. Visiting players would often request Steve take them fishing or hunting when they were in town. His reputation spread throughout the various leagues he played in. The experience also helped Steve decide that guiding was his future life.

Hazlett truly enjoys teaching others about the intricacies of hunting and happily shares his skills with both novice and more experienced hunters during guided trips. He says the best part of his job as a guide is the thrill of seeing his clients achieve their goals. Sharing that experience and seeing hunters embrace new territories while they develop their skills make it all worthwhile.

Alex Sellers

Roggen, CO

Alex Sellers is a lifelong outdoorsman from grilling to professional guiding of all species. He began his passion as a little boy harvesting a nuisance skunk for his grandma off the front porch while she held the door and then he knew it was the career he wanted to make for himself. That is why he pursued his degree in wildlife management at Southeastern Illinois.  While earning his degree he shot sporting clays competitively and became a certified shooting instructor.  An internship brought him to Colorado in 2008 where he then became a full time professional guide for upland and big game while managing the habitat. His passion for the outdoors grows stronger every trip out whether for himself or others and that’s what makes him so great at what he does.

When he’s not hunting, Dustin is running his family's lawn care business, working with his dog, and spending time with his wife and 2 kids.
